OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
Our NO BULL SHIPPING POLICY, is strictly adhered to. ALL ORDERS are processed within 2 Business days, unless the item is on back order or out of stock, in this case you are notified IN 2 business days, usually earlier. ALL ITEMS are shipped with the shipping method chosen. IF YOU CHOOSE OUR FLAT RATE SHIPPING - WE WILL SHIP VIA USPS ONLY.
FREE SHIPPING IF YOU BUY THREE OR MORE ITEMS.
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING if you purchase at one time / within one order, three or more items, no matter what the price of each item is. WE WILL SHIP your items through USPS only. PLEASE NOTE that if items are purchased seperately or over time, they do not qualify for free shipping. ALSO FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY VALID IF YOU ORDER THROUGH PAYPAL
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is mailed out, we will send you an email with your tracking number. It can take upto 48 hours after we mail out your package for our servers to automatically email you the tracking number. If you do not recieve the tracking number in 4 business days of your order please use the contact us form on the main site at www.allaboutperfumes.com/contact_us.php.
TIME IT WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE:
Once shipped via regular delivery/free delivery method / flat rate method/Ground shipping , orders can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to arrive. This is not a time set by us, but by our carrier, USPS, United states postal services. If you would like a faster delivery method, you may do so at an extra charge. If a faster delivery method is available in your area it will be made available to you during checkout.
Next day / Second Day delivery:
For next day delivery orders, It takes us 1 business day to process it, and then the order is shipped out with next day delivery. Thus ETA after placing the order is 2 business days. So if you placed an order today by 4:00 pm EST, your order will be processed by Tommrow 4:00pm EST and then mailed. You should recieve it the day after tommrow. The same goes for Second day deliveries, except your order will arrive a day later in the senario above. Thus the ETA for second business day deliveries is 3 business days from the time you place your order.

For super fast delivery, which includes free gift wrapping, there is a processing fee of $2.50, and the order is shipped via fedex. HOWEVER YOU MUST place your order by 3:00 PM EST. WE CANNOT GARUNTEE ANY RESULTS on orders placed AFTER 3:00 pm for this type of shipping method.
PLEASE NOTE, that we cannot be held responsible for SHIPPING TIMES... ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES, and WE DO NOT CONTROL SHIPPING TIMES. WE CANNOT MAKE YOUR ORDER GET THERE FASTER, once its shipped.
IF YOU ARE SHIPPING VIA THE GURANTEED NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY method, these are guranteed by the Carrier. We will do everything on our side to have the product mailed out in a timely manner, the rest is up to the Carrier.
PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, OR WRONG ADDRESS's entered by YOU during check out. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER, in your conformation email, if you see any discrepency in the address, let us know immidiately, and we can try to remedy it.
Return Policy.
ALL PRODUCTS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE GURANTEED AUTHENTIC. WE ONLY SELL REAL BRAND NAME PERFUMES.
WE HAVE A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GURANTEE. However due to the nature of the beauty industry, we can only take back unopened items, in their original packaging in new condition.
If FOR ANY REASON YOU WISH TO SEND THE ORDER BACK TO US PLEASE CALL US OR EMAIL US FOR THE RETRUN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All packages returned without a Return authorization number will not be processed, and no monies will be refunded. ALSO NO SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED BY US WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY RETURNED ORDER. RETURNED SHIPMENT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR’S. Unless we shipped you the wrong item, in this case we will mail you the correct item free of charge. If we shipped you the wrong item we will be glad to remedy it as long as you do not open the packaging of the product, and keep it in new condition. Again we cannot take back opened items, however, BECAUSE AT ALL ABOUT PERFUMES, we are all about the CUSTOMER. For an opened product; If you are extremely dissatisfied with a product, within 7 days form the date of reciept, we may at our discretion, depending on the product and the condition it is in, accept it back, with a restocking fee of 15%.
